ankle & mid-calf GRANNY boots ,and what outfit goes nicely with this footwear ??

Believe it or not, I think a velvet type of vest, white shirt with ruffles on the collars of the sleeves and a black velvet skirt with white ruffles coming out from underneath. Then wear a cameo choker with it. You'll have quite a Victorian era look to you. Very spiffy!
