Does brown rice double or triple in size when cooked?

I'm trying to determine how much rice I need to buy in order to cook 1 cup each for 125 or so people (essentially, 125 cups cooked). Does anyone know how much I need?

Slightly more than double. For 1 cup of uncooked brown rice you use 1 1/4 cups water. Run a test first, just to make sure!!!
