will all dk wool finish the same size once crochet/knitted?

I have a crochet pattern for a girls cardi that states 50/50 DK angora/lambswool mix in 50g balls. My question is, can I use any DK wool/mix and will it come up the same size?

It will probably be about the same size. The quantity required may be different though.
