Pink Patent

I have not had my Dr.Martens for another year and that the patent is already taking off pink?

I'm not surprised that my docs are beaten but am I even had a year yet and the "skin" is already off on the toes:? (Is it normal that I know people who docs have been for ages and never peeled it does not bother me cos docs batterd does look better. but im worried they might get seriously damaged, because the holes allow water under the skin. What should I do?

Hello, patent Dr Martens is very difficult to care once they are peeled they are peeled. I assume your daughter is a mde Thailand or China one: they are not good as was once done in Great Britain. And of course they are not as tight as before. I also have 14 (ahahaha, I'm dependence) of Dr. Martens made in England, and they are definitely better: the best quality, totally waterproof, indestructible. There is nothing you can do to make them waterproof again, I suggest you buy (try on Ebay) a pair of Docs Made in England. You will not be disappointed, I swear. Hope this helps!
