how to stretch me knee muscles or something?

i got my cast off today and the cast was up to my mid thigh to my feet. so now when i try to bend it to a 45 degree angle or more smaller it hurts like hell. when i try to straighten my leg and my knee hurts like crap. so hope u can help me.
also my ankle was the injury and my leg was shifted so when i try to bend my ankle down it wont move. when i use my hands it moves a tiny bit. could you help me on that question too?
