What types of bottoms can you wear with thigh high socks? I know like mini catholic skirts but what else?

I have eczema's on the back of my legs, so I know I have to cover up. Is it possible I can wear these thigh high socks? but what can I wear them with? I been trying to find pictures online, I know black thigh high's will work with black heels and a mini skirt?

wear shorts with them, really short shorts. and converse shoes or those type of shoes.
