How can I lock touchpad of my Laptop. It is Dell Inspiron 15R, Core i3, Windows-7 Ultimate.?

How can I lock touchpad of my Laptop. It is Dell Inspiron 15R, Core i3, Windows-7 Ultimate.
Is there any hot key(short cut key) to disable & enable my touchpad.

Start> Control Panel > Mouse
And then you select another mouse device
This is the shortest way i'm familiar with
