are hunter wellies worth the money?

i want to buy some just for walking the dog and throughout the winter months. i found a website selling childrens hunter wellies for £20 and i was wondering if childrens ones are they same.
i'm 15 and have size 3 feet. should i pay extra for adults or not?

Like with most shoes you pay about double for the adults unfortunately.
Hunter wellies are well worth there money and a very well known and respected make which is always good.
I bought a pair for £60 but they were fur lined as I got a lot of use out of them and like you, used them during the winter.
