West Knee

In the book, "Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee", by Dee Brown how did we conquer the west?

According to US history or traditional history of our nation we are led to beleive one aspect of history but in this book the informtaion is different to what we believe in.

Just like Bush is doing today CONTROL and taking things that don't belong to us and making people do what others want them too. This was all Indian land and they were forced to leave and given property in waste land. And when they wanted back what was their's they were killed for it. Ask your self how would you feel if someone told you that you had to give them your house and get out? That is what happened and our great Government never did the right thing for the Indians.
